1 Payment And Pricing
1.1 Can Saturday Deliveries Be Arranged?

Yes, but we do not guarantee deliveries on Saturdays as they depend on logistic companies and possibly incur delays.

1.2 Could I Ask For My Goods To Be Delivered At A Specific Time?

Unfortunately we are unable to do so. Pallets sometimes usually arrive mornings, Couriers and Hauliers sometimes encounter unforeseen issues, which inevitably lead to delays. Any enquirers on delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

1.3 Could I Ask For My Goods To Be Delivered On A Specific Date?

YES we provide this service for FREE unlike other companies, just add that information in the notes checkout page. Just add which preferred date that’s it.

1.4 Do you deliver to my area?

If you live in United Kingdom, yes. We cover nationwide UK, More information can be found on our “Shipping Info” page. We can also ship to EU countries please call us on 0207 4119038 if you wish to inquire about this.

1.5 Does prices include delivery?

Free Delivery over £299, Delivery charges are added at the final stages when ordering from our website. NO extra charges for non mainland deliveries, or preferred dates.

1.6 Does the price include VAT?

Yes, all of our prices include 20% VAT.

1.7 How are deliveries made?

We cover U.K nationwide at one price only. Orders are delivered through Pallets or if its under 3 SQM we provide other couriers. We only charge one price of £24.99 1-2 day express delivery via pallet service to your door. For preferred dates also the same rate at NO additional charge, if you want It at a particular date insert that information on our checkout note. We also do NOT charge extra for different areas of the U.K, all one price. Lowest delivery rate charge guaranteed!

1.8 How can I pay for my goods?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

1.9 How Long Does It Take From When I Order Goods And The Order Arriving?

All of our deliveries excluding samples, we offer FREE Next day delivery to ALL areas if the order is placed Monday to Friday before midday. All orders outside the times of standard office hours (Mon-Fri, 9.00-7.00pm) and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. We offer express delivery service at the same rate. 

1.10 If I buy in bulk or a tradesmen could I receive a discount?

1.11 Will I Have To Be At Home When The Delivery Is Taking Place?

No, But On Checkout You Can Mention It On Our “Special Notes” The Delivery Company Needs To Be Informed That The Goods Do Not Need To Be Signed For Upon Delivery.

1.12 Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Immediately after placing your order we will send you a detailed email outlining the products purchased and relevant information. This will be your receipt.

2 PRICE MATCH POLICY
2.1 Seen One Of Our Products Cheaper Elsewhere?

Luxury Tiles will match prices with any other online tile retailer within the following conditions:

The online shopping website where you found the product for sale at a cheaper price must hold the item in stock; the product must be not damaged and brand new; the item must be identical to the product soled by Luxurytiles.co.uk Competitor’s offered price must be accurate, include any taxes, applicable carriage charges and the online site must be prepared to sell the identical product to you at the quoted price.Goods must not be part of bankrupt stock, nor offered through any sort of auction. Luxurytiles.co.uk will not price match items from any website if that website is not able or willing, to deliver the item or items to your shipping destination because it is out of there delivery area. Luxurytiles.co.uk will not price match items from any none UK based websites. Luxurytiles.co.uk must be able to verify the lower price. Our price match offer is available only prior to the purchase of goods.Luxury Tiles offers the lowest shipping price compared to any other tile retails guaranteed.

3 PRODUCTS
3.1 Are The Tiles In Stock? Can I Take Them Away With Me Today?

99% of everything you see is in stock. All of our stock is stocked in the U.K Some specials are to order or on backorder.

3.2 Can You Use The Same Tiles On Both The Wall And The Floor?

99% of all floor tiles are suitable for walls, but wall tiles are generally not suitable for floors.

3.3 How Accurate Are The Products And The Colors Of The Products That Are On The Website?

All of our Natural Stone Products will have variations in color, tone and shading. They even look better in real life. Samples are available on request to confirm whether our product is right for your project.

4 RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Can I return goods if I don’t like them when they arrive?

Yes, providing all goods are in the exactly same condition as when delivered to you. Goods being returned to our warehouse will be at your own cost. Please note that pallet delivery costs upwards of £49 and returns are only accepted 7 days from receipt of goods. We also must charge a re-stocking fee on all orders of 15%.

4.2 Can I Return Goods If I Don’t Like Them When They Arrive?

4.3 Is It Possible To Cancel My Order?

Yes, if you cancel your order before it has left our warehouse then cancellation is without any cost. However, when ordering between warehouse hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00), we prepare goods promptly to get your goods delivered as soon as we can. If there is a cancellation while your goods are in transit, then a re-stocking charge (15%) and the cost of return delivery will be incurred.

4.4 What Happens If Goods Are Damaged When They Arrive To Me?

All damaged goods will be replaced. We must be informed of any breakages within 5 days from receipt of goods, any later than this and it will be too late to claim. For insurance reasons we may ask you to store the goods. We may also need you to send us photographs of the damaged stock. Once goods have been installed we are unable to replace them, we strongly advise all of our customers to check received goods for faults before installation.
